For individuals
- Receive application
- Meet the applicant in person
- Scrutinize the application (all points have been answered, supporting documents submitted)
- Check references given by the applicant
- After scrutinizing the application and supporting documents about education or medical sanction amount cheques will be issued in favor of education institutes or hospitals as per the application
- Cheques will have to be collected by the applicants personally
- In case the supporting papers are inadequate or not relevant the trust reserves the right to reject the application
- If the applications are found in order in all respects communication will be sent to the applicant
For NGO
- Receive an appeal letter in the name of the trust
- The appeal should contain the following documents in originals along with photocopies
- Registration of the NGO
- Pan Card
- Certificate under 12A
- Certificate under 80G
- Trust Deed
- Income Tax returns for last 3 years
- Audited balance sheet for last 3 years
- Auditors reports and Profit and Loss Statements
- Purpose of use of the funds
- Brief history of the activities carried out by the NGO
- List of trustees
- Name of the referrer
- Image of a cancelled cheque
- A cheque will be issued in favor of the NGO
