Yes. A student can apply every year.
In order to apply to our trust, kindly note the following conditions that need to be fulfilled and the documents that need to be uploaded:
- An unconditionally confirmed admission letter for the current academic year for which the loan scholarship application is being made needs to be uploaded
- A bonafide certificate for the current academic year, for which the loan scholarship application is being made, needs to be uploaded
- The course fee structure needs to be uploaded
- Proof of partial or full payment of course fees (We only give loan scholarships on a reimbursement basis) needs to be uploaded
- Documentary evidence indicating payment of initial deposit, if any, needs to be uploaded
*All copies submitted with the application form should be self-certified as true copies.
List of documents
- Proof of address of the patient and relative applying on behalf of the patient
- Proof of occupation of the patient and relative applying on behalf of the patient
- Doctor’s or Hospital Statement in original with details about the estimated cost of treatment
- Hospital bills and Medical bills (not more than six months old) for expenses incurred in the original
- Recommendation letter from a medical social worker or hospital
- A copy of the income certificate of the patient and relative applying on behalf of the patient
- Copy of Aadhar card and PAN card of the patient or relative applying on behalf of the patient
- Copy of the latest bank statement or updated passbook of the patient or relative applying on behalf of the patient.
- One of our volunteers will visit the patient if required.
